This website is operated by CRANSWICK PET PRODUCTS LIMITED (Company No. 00896298), registered in England and Wales at Crane Court Hesslewood Office Park, Ferriby Road, Hessle, England, HU13 0PA, trading as Cranswick Pet.

2. Our products

We sell ordinary, low-risk pet comfort accessories such as blankets, crate mats, travel pouches, toy storage and washable towels. We do not sell pet food and do not provide veterinary, medical, orthopedic, training, safety certification or pet sitting services. Product images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens.

3. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the selected items. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in the price or description.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Online card payment is being connected and is currently payment provider pending; where this is the case, we will confirm your order and arrange payment by email before dispatch. No card details are collected on the checkout page while payment is pending.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Returns Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. Content on this site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
