Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Dispatch times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being confirmed. During busier periods dispatch may take a little longer, and we will let you know by email if that is the case.

Delivery times and cost

• Standard UK delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch.
• Standard UK shipping: £3.95 per order.
• Free UK shipping on orders over £45.00.

Delivery estimates are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin from the point of dispatch.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we will email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after collection.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@cranswickpet.shop with your order reference and we will help track it down.

Payment status

Online card payment is being connected and is currently marked as payment provider pending. Orders placed through the checkout are confirmed by email so we can arrange payment and dispatch.
