When we issue a refund
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions in our Returns Policy, we will process your refund. We will email you to confirm once this has been done.
How long it takes
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 working days of your return being received and checked. Once issued, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment method.
What we refund
- The price paid for the returned item(s).
- Original standard delivery charges where the whole order is returned, in line with your statutory rights.
- Return postage costs where an item was faulty or sent in error.
Refund method
Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order. Because online card payment is being connected and is currently payment provider pending, any order confirmed by email will be refunded through the same method used to complete that order.
