Your 30-day return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene reasons, washable towels and mats that have been used or laundered cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.
How to start a return
- Email support@cranswickpet.shop with your order reference and the item you would like to return.
- We will confirm the return address and any reference to include with your parcel.
- Package the item securely and obtain proof of postage when you send it.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or we have sent the wrong product, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return postage costs where appropriate.
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. This policy is operated by CRANSWICK PET PRODUCTS LIMITED.
